Privacy policy

Information about using AskPumpGPT.

1. Account information

The service stores your email address, account information, password hash, verification status and account entitlements. Passwords are hashed rather than stored in plain text. Verification and recovery emails are sent through the configured email service.

2. Questions and reports

Research questions, generated reports, history and saved-report choices are stored on the server and associated with your account. Questions and relevant evidence are processed by the configured research and AI providers to generate answers. Do not include passwords, private keys or information you do not want processed.

3. Sessions and cookies

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Session records support authentication, expiry and sign-out. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account, research history or question usage.

4. Abuse prevention and security

The service uses request limits, account verification and audit records to protect accounts and enforce research allowances. Privacy-preserving network identifiers help limit automated abuse without invasive device fingerprinting. Security records may include account identifiers, actions, timing and request outcomes.

5. Public blockchain information

Questions may contain public token or wallet addresses and reports may include public blockchain evidence. A public address can reveal activity and should not be treated as anonymous. Token-holder benefits and wallet-based eligibility checks are currently disabled.

6. Your choices

You can manage your session from your account and choose which reports to bookmark. Avoid including personal or confidential information in questions. Account information and research are stored on the server; signing out or clearing local browser data does not erase them.
